[About returns and exchanges]
You can return the product within 3 days of receiving it.
If the product you receive is different from the product you ordered or is dirty or damaged, we will replace it.
We inspect the product before shipping and pack it carefully, but the outer box or container may be deformed during shipping.
In this case, we will refuse to return or exchange the product unless it interferes with use.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of the following products for hygiene reasons.
・Consumables such as food products
We will cover the return shipping fee for defective products.
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience.
[About cancellations]
If the order status is "Payment status: Pending", you can cancel, add, or change your order by contacting us by email.
Once an order has been paid by credit card or has been paid, it will be prepared for shipping. Please note that you cannot modify, add, or cancel the order after this stage.

- Items purchased outside of KAS Miscellaneous Goods
- Items damaged due to customer's fault
- Items damaged intentionally
- If more than 10 days have passed since the date of receipt
- Items that smell of perfume, cigarettes, etc.
