●Do you accept orders over the phone?

● Can I make changes or cancel?
If your order status is "Payment Status: Pending", you can cancel, add to, or change your order by contacting us via email.
Once your credit card payment has been completed, your order will be prepared for shipping. Please note that you will not be able to modify, add to, or cancel your order after this stage.

Do you support invoice payment ?

● Is it possible to issue a quote?

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order ?
Please note that we will charge you a transfer fee separately (including free shipping).
*For deferred payment, convenience store/bank transfer (prepayment), please transfer the transfer fee and handling fee (to be borne by the customer) to the bank specified by us.*Please note that if you use a limited-time coupon, if you cancel or adjust the amount, the coupon will be considered expired and will not be refunded.

We will use the shipping company's tracking service to check the delivery status using the shipping status number (package tracking number) listed in the "Shipping Email" sent to you on the day the product is shipped .
●Do you provide gift wrapping ?
Simple wrapping is available free of charge.
Boxes and carrier bags are available for an additional fee.*It may take some time to complete depending on the number of items you want to wrap.
When ordering in quantity, please make your order one month prior to the date of use.● Is return or exchange possible?
You can return the product within 3 days of receiving it.
If the delivered product is different from the product you ordered, or is damaged or soiled, we will exchange it.
Before shipping, we carry out an external inspection and pack the product securely with the utmost care, but there may be cases where the outer box or container is deformed during shipping. In such cases, we will not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the product's use.
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience.
